Anne Elise "LuLu" Hagen is a vinyasa Yoga teacher who emphasizes challenging flow with loving attention to alignment. Lulu brings her parallel career as an actor, dancer and writer to the table in designing her classes, as well as a deep passion for the spiritual and philosophical texts of the Yoga practice. She has recently garnered a flood of media attention for her development and teaching of "Yotox"- a form of Yoga that incorporates vocal relaxation to free tension and promote youthfulness in the face and jaw.
