Line-Up To ‘Rock
The House’ of Vizcaya at the 8th Annual
“Red, White And Blue” Pre-Independence Day Celebration
Featuring Live Performances by Rob Bass, DJ EZ Rock,
and Martha Wash of C+C Music Factory
Miami – The La Lega dei Viscayani committee
will host its’ 8th Annual “Red,
White and Blue” fundraising event
on Saturday, July 1st, 2006 from 8
p.m. to midnight on the grounds of Vizcaya
Museum and Gardens, located at 3251 South Miami Avenue
in Miami, Florida. “Rain or shine” the
evening’s featured entertainment line-up will include
early 90s favorites like Rob Base and DJ
EZ Rock, famous for their songs “It Takes
Two” and “Joy and Pain”, and vocalist Martha
Walsh, who is best known for her contributions
to “It’s Raining Men,” C&C Music
Factory’s “Strike It Up” and Black
Box’s “Everybody Dance Now” .
“The Red, White and Blue event at Vizcaya Museum will be the hottest
4th of July party in the city. We expect to sell out early this year
with 3,000 guests for this very, VERY hot, yet oh so cool, event”, states
event co-Chair Clayton Clavette.
In addition to the already rockin’ all-star cast
of entertainment, sponsors Flor de Cana spirits and J.P.
Chenet wines will be on hand with an open beverage bar,
a gourmet BBQ will be available for purchase, and the
evening’s highlight will feature one of Miami’s
most impressive and grand fireworks displays, over Biscayne
Bay. Guests can arrive either by car (parking
is free) or by boat, where private docking is available
at $15- $25 per foot which includes the entrance fee
for all boat guests.

event, on your own yacht, dancing the night away, and
watching a spectacular display of fireworks, in front
of one the most outstanding mansions in the world.”

or can be purchased by cash or check at the door. NON‑MEMBER advance
ticket price is $70/ticket ($85/ticket DAY OF).
La Lega dei Viscayani hosts annual fundraisers such as “Red,
White and Blue” to assist in the
ongoing restoration and preservation of Vizcaya Museum
and Gardens.
The Vizcayans is a non-profit corporation chartered in
1957 to promote an active appreciation and patronage
of the arts and of Vizcaya and to provide for the care,
maintenance, support and success of Vizcaya as an Art
Museum.
